Aviation Management of Austin’s Aircraft Acquisition Services is designed to:
- Identify aircraft that meet our client’s needs.
- Develop a purchase plan and agreement with a seller that enables AMOA to purchase an aircraft on terms acceptable to our client.
To achieve our client’s objectives AMOA will use the following process:
- Identify the appropriate aircraft.
- A search of the markets to identify aircraft of the desired model and type.
- Recent sales and market data.
- Specifications operating costs, and performance data.
- Negotiation strategy.
- Will prepare a negotiation strategy suitable to client.
- Arrange for client to view aircraft.
- Assist client in securing financing if required.
- Negotiation with Seller.
- Assist client’s attorneys and tax advisors in preparing a purchase agreement that protects client’s interests.
- Keep client inform of negotiation progress through frequent consultations.
- Evaluation of Aircraft.
- Arrange demonstration flights.
- Arrange detailed technical analysis, pre-purchase inspections and test flights.
- Finalizing Transaction.
- Negotiate any outstanding issues from evaluation process.
