  • Market analysis
    1. A search of the markets to establish the market condition and comparable aircraft activity to establish a “current aircraft value”.
    2. Work with client to establish ask price.
    3. Set terms and conditions.

  • Photograph aircraft interior and exterior.
  • Compile marketing literature including specifications, aircraft overview and technical data.

  • Negotiation strategy.
    1. Will prepare a negotiation strategy suitable to client.
    2. Arrange for client to view aircraft.
    3. Assist client in securing financing if required.
  • Negotiation with Seller.
    1. Assist client’s attorneys and tax advisors in preparing a purchase agreement that protects client’s interests.
    2.  Keep client inform of negotiation progress through frequent consultations.

 

  • Evaluation of Aircraft.
    1. Arrange demonstration flights.
    2. Arrange detailed technical analysis, pre-purchase inspections and test flights.
  • Finalizing Transaction.
    1. Negotiate any outstanding issues from evaluation process.
    2. Coordinate the closing of the deal and delivery of aircraft.
