- Will prepare a negotiation strategy suitable to client.
- Arrange for client to view aircraft.
- Assist client in securing financing if required.
- Negotiation with Seller.
- Assist client’s attorneys and tax advisors in preparing a purchase agreement that protects client’s interests.
- Keep client inform of negotiation progress through frequent consultations.
- Evaluation of Aircraft.
- Arrange demonstration flights.
- Arrange detailed technical analysis, pre-purchase inspections and test flights.
- Finalizing Transaction.
- Negotiate any outstanding issues from evaluation process.
- Coordinate the closing of the deal and delivery of aircraft.
